Myrna L. D'Incognito graduated from Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA) and was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1990. While attending Southwestern she received an Outstanding Achievement Award in Civil Rights. Ms. D'Incognito earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from California Polytechnic University (Pomona, Ca.) where she was a member of the National English Honor Society.

Ms. D'Incognito spent her first 12 years of practice in defense litigation, with emphasis on defending physicians and related healthcare practitioners. Experienced in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, she has gained expertise in crafting winning defense strategies and cost effective case resolutions. Ms. D'Incognito's recognized expertise led to appointment as the Administrative Malpractice Department Head with a major law firm with responsibilities which included supervising and training associate attorneys.
