Rachael C. Kogen
Rachael C.Kogen attended Touro College Jacob D. Fushsberg Law Center in Huntington, New York, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. Ms. Kogen was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1994 and to the California State Bar in 2005. She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance at The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Ms. Kogen has been defending healthcare practitioners since 1995. From 1998 until 2004 she was an Associate in the New York office of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker. Ms. Kogen relocated to Los Angeles in 2004. She is active in both legal and community organizations and has given numerous lectures to nurse paralegals and doctors on medical/legal issues affecting various medical specialties. Ms. Kogen was a volunteer attorney with Trial Lawyers Care, a division of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. TLC assisted families of victims of 911 to obtain money from the Federal Victim Compensation Fund.
