Rodney G. Tomlinson
Rodney G. Tomlinson earned his law degree in 1984 from the University of San Diego. While attending law school he studied in London, England, at the London Institute of International Comparative Law. Mr. Tomlinson's undergraduate education was at Knox College where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Mr. Tomlinson has a strong background in all areas of trial and arbitration. Specializing in the defense of health care providers since 1984, he has tried and arbitrated to conclusion more than fifty cases involving complex medical and legal issues.

A frequent speaker and lecturer, Mr. Tomlinson shares his knowledge and insights with claims specialist, medical groups, residency programs, hospitals and attorneys. Topics include effective risk management, efficient case handling, trial preparation and successful arbitration practices.
