Suzanne De Rosa
Suzanne De Rosa earned her law degree in 1979 at the University of Southern California, where she received academic honors as a member of the Dean's List and was bestowed with the Bancroft Whitney Book Award.

From the outset of her legal career, Ms. De Rosa's practice emphasized preparation of trial and appellate pleadings. Her efforts support the firm's trial lawyers through the drafting of initial pleadings, formulating specialized discovery and writing motions on complex professional liability actions, such as motions for summary judgment and pleadings to support admission of evidence and testimony at trial.

Ms. De Rosa's appellate work includes drafting writs, appeals, and petitions for review. She frequently engages in legal research involving complex and novel issues relating to the defense of CAP/MPT Members. Her briefing is responsible for several published opinions that help establish and preserve law favorable to the medical profession
