We provide a level of service that is unparalleled in the industry. If you have a claim, a claims specialist will meet with you in person within 30 days of the opening of that file and will obtain an initial expert review within 90 days. Thereafter, you will be apprised of all new significant developments on your claim.

We keep the pending caseloads of our specialists low so the quality of their work is not compromised. We expect and mandate that each file be aggressively managed. Lower caseloads allow each specialist to devote more time to management of each claim.

Finally, the issue that is most important to you, whether your case will be settled or defended, is determined at CAP by a committee of fellow physicians; and you will be given the opportunity to personally participate in this decision making process.
