WHAT WE DO

As a leader in the industry, we can and should be a leader in advocating the interrelationship of access to care and medical liability reform to help effect public policy solutions. CAP’s Public Affairs identifies issues of importance to CAP and then informs policymakers, members of Congress and state officials to make sure that our point of view related to these issues is clearly understood.

CAP’s Action Center keeps our members updated on the latest developments in national health care reform, allows our physicians talk to amongst peers and share their thoughts with Members of Congress.  Join the conversation here.
